Established over 45 years ago, the Hubbard family has been committed to preserving trees and providing quality local tree services. John and Claire Hubbard, founders and owners have always strived to provide quality tree care as well as being good corporate citizens of the community.

John Hubbard has been a member of the International Society of Arboriculture since the early 1970’s. In 1972 John was certified to teach arboriculture by the Virginia Board of Labor and The Veterans Administration. In 1985 he was chosen to be a delegate in the Eisenhower Foundation People to People China Project to share their expertise and observing Chinese horticulture practices.
John was invited to become a member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists, an honor reserved only for few arborists that are industry leaders.

Joel Hubbard is a certified arborist that has trained under his father for 28 years and has the same passion for trees. In addition to being a certified arborist Joel is certified and licensed in pest management and plant health care.
Joel regularly participates in continuing his tree care education through numerous courses and participates in tree projects with other nationally recognized tree care professionals.
